		London News: London is to Get Speaking Closed-Circuit Television Cameras. London is to get special Closed-Circuit Televison Cameras which talk to people who have Anti-Social Behaviour such as dropping litter and Street fighting. The scheme has already been a success in Wiltshire and the Government are so impressed that they want London to participate in having the Speaking Camera CCTV system.
